There’s a new road to opportunity in West Texas, driven by Howard College

OVERVIEW

HOW WE HELP

The Open Roads Promise aims to increase access to a tuition-free education for students across our rural communities. This revolutionary program offers high school seniors the opportunity to earn an associate degree or certificate with no out-of-pocket tuition costs or fees.

Tuition Covered

Graduating seniors from participating Open Roads Promise high schools are eligible to receive a last-dollar scholarship, covering tuition and fees after financial aid awards and other scholarships are applied.

Dedicated Support

More than just a scholarship, the Open Roads Promise also provides dedicated support staff, mentorship and workforce opportunities to help students succeed in college and begin an exciting career.
